1. Overview

Panshi (“we”, “us”) provides AI infrastructure and technical services, including a tools directory, automation and consulting engagements. By accessing this website or engaging our services you agree to these Terms.

2. Services & pricing

Panshi offers self-serve, AI-powered productivity tools (for example resume tailoring, document summarisation, image editing and OCR). Tools are paid for with prepaid points purchased on our Pricing page (1 point = US$0.01). Each tool clearly displays its per-run points cost before you run it. Points are a prepaid balance redeemable only for Panshi tools; they have no cash value and are not transferable.

3. Payment, delivery & refunds

Payments are processed by our third-party payment providers; we never store your full card details. Points are delivered digitally and immediately after a successful payment. Because points are a digital good delivered instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable once points have been spent. If you were charged in error, did not receive your points, or a tool failed to deliver a usable result, contact us within 14 days at [email protected] and we will refund or re-credit the affected amount.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website or services, including attempting to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to our systems.

You may not use any Panshi tool — and in particular our AI image and video generation tools (such as AI Logo, OG Image, headshot, avatar, photo restoration and image-editing tools) — to create, upload, request, or attempt to generate:

• sexually explicit, pornographic, or otherwise NSFW (not safe for work) content of any kind;
• any content that sexualises a minor, or child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — zero tolerance; such activity is blocked and reported to the relevant authorities;
• non-consensual intimate imagery, or deepfakes / face-swaps depicting a real person without their explicit consent;
• content that is violent, harassing, hateful, or that promotes self-harm or any illegal activity;
• content that infringes the intellectual-property, publicity, or privacy rights of others.

We apply automated content moderation to prompt-based generation requests and may block, refuse, or remove any request or output that violates this policy, and may suspend or terminate accounts involved in violations.

5. Technology & AI providers

Our tools are powered by AI models from the following third-party providers:

• Google — Gemini image and language models power our image generation, editing, background removal, avatar, headshot, and other visual tools.
• Anthropic — Claude language models power our text-based tools (resume tailoring, document summarisation, code review, and similar). Anthropic's content moderation API also screens all prompt-based generation requests before any output is produced.

These providers process your prompts and inputs in accordance with their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

6. Intellectual property

Content on this website is owned by Panshi unless otherwise stated. You retain ownership of the inputs you submit and the outputs a tool produces for you, subject to the rights of any underlying technology providers.

7. Disclaimer & liability

The website and tools are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Panshi is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website or tools.
